Virtual Silent Auction Fundraiser
United Way of Rutland County (UWRC) is excited to invite you to participate in our second annual 12 Days of Giving silent auction fundraiser. Support for this event allows the UWRC’s Community Impact Grants team to partner with 17 agencies providing funding to 23 different programs. Campaign fundraising dollars also support our Targeted Impact priorities through Happy Feet, a shoes replacement program, and Welcome to Winter, a free hat and mitten program; both of which partner with schools throughout Rutland County.
The 12-Days of Giving auction event wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of our business sponsors coupled with the effort and expertise of our UWRC Board and community volunteers.
“We are thrilled to be kicking-off our second annual 12-Days of Giving Auction to benefit the United Way of Rutland County. Our goal this year is to raise $15,000 to benefit our amazing community. With the generous support of our local businesses and private sponsors, we have more than 60 items available for auction and, for that hard to buy for person on your list, we have donation certificates that warm hands, feet, bellies, and hearts making them a priceless gift to remember. Please check out the auction link on our Facebook page and website and whether it’s a virtual wine tasting, romantic sleigh ride, home heating oil, or a year’s worth of homemade pies – we have something for everybody!” says UWRC Board Vice-president Melissa Norman
